လံာ်တၢ်ကတိၤဒိမ့ၢ်ဝဲစီၤၡလိၤမိၤအလံာ်တၢ်ကူၣ်ဘၣ်ကူၣ်သ့အတၢ်ကတိၤန့ၣ်လီၤ. ဖဲပဟဲအိၣ်ဖျဲၣ်ထီၣ်လၢဟီၣ်ခိၣ် အံၤပကထံၣ်ဘၣ်ပှၤဟီၣ်ခိၣ်ဖိအတၢ်အိၣ်မူအတီၤပတီၢ်လီၤဆီလိာ်အသးန့ၣ်လီၤ. လၢန့ၣ်အကျါပကထံၣ်ဘၣ်စ့ၢ်ကီး ပှၤဖှီၣ်ဖိယာ်ဖိန့ၣ်လီၤ. ဘၣ်ထွဲဒီးလံာ်စီဆှံတဆၢအံၤ, အဲၣ်ဒိးပာ်ဖျါထီၣ်ဝဲလၢပကဘၣ်အိၣ်ဒီးသးလၢအအဲၣ်ပှၤလၢပ ဃၢၤလီၤဆီဒၣ်တၢ်ပှၤလၢအလိၣ်ဘၣ်ပတၢ်မၤစၢၤတဖၣ်န့ၣ်လီၤ. ပမ့ၢ်အိၣ်ဒီးသးလၢအသးကညီၤတၢ်ဒီးဟ့ၣ်မၤစၢၤ ပှၤဖှီၣ်ဖိန့ၣ်, မ့ၢ်တၢ်လၢအလီၤဂာ်ဒ်ပဒုးလိၢ်တၢ်လၢယွၤန့ၣ်လီၤ. တၢ်ကတိၤ “ဒုးလိၢ်-ဟ့ၣ်ဆိပာ်စၢၤ” အခီပညီမ့ၢ် ပှၤတဂၤလၢပဟ့ၣ်ဆိအီၤဒီးကဟ့ၣ်က့ၤပှၤန့ၣ်လီၤ. ပမ့ၢ်သးကညီၤပှၤဖှီၣ်ဖိယာ်ဖိ, ပှၤလၢပဃၢၤဒီးတၢ်လၢပမၤဂ့ၤ တၢ်န့ၣ်ကစၢ်ယွၤထံၣ်ဒီးကစၢ်ယွၤကဟ့ၣ်ကဒါပှၤန့ၣ်လီၤ. မၤတၢ်၂ဝ:၃၅ စံး, “ဟ့ၣ်တၢ်န့ၣ်ဘၣ်ဆိၣ်ဂ့ၤအါန့ၢ် ဒိးန့ၢ်တၢ်တက့ၢ်လီၤ.” ကတိၤဒိ ၂၁:၁၃, “ပမ့ၢ်ဆွံတံာ်ပနၢ်လၢ ပှၤဖှီၣ်ဖိယာ်ဖိအတၢ်ကိးဒီး ပမ့ၢ်လိၣ်ဘၣ် တၢ်မၤစၢၤဒီးတၢ်တနၢ်ဟူပတၢ်ဘၣ်. ” ကတိၤဒိ ၁၄:၃၁ “ပှၤလၢအမၤအၢပှၤဖှီၣ်ဖိယာ်ဖိန့ၣ်ဒုၣ်ဒွဲၣ်ပှၤလၢ အတ့လီၤအီၤ. မ့မ့ၢ်ပှၤလၢအသးကညီၤပှၤဖှီၣ်ဖိန့ၣ်, မၤလၤကပီၤအီၤလီၤ.” ကစၢ်ခရံာ်စံးဝဲယဲဒၣ်အံၤ ယတအိၣ် ဒီးသုထီဘိဘၣ်မ့မ့ၢ်ပှၤဖှီၣ်ဖိယာ်ဖိကအိၣ်ဒီးသုလီၤ.

ကစၢ်ခရံာ်အတၢ်ကတိၤလၢအစံးဝဲ-တၢ်အဲၣ်ဟ့ၣ်မၤစၢၤပှၤဖှီၣ်ဖိယာ်ဖိန့ၣ်မ့ၢ်ပမူထွဲမၤပိာ်ထွဲလံဧါ. မ့မ့ၢ်တခီပဆွံ တံာ်ပနၢ်လၢပှၤဖှီၣ်ဖိယာ်ဖိဒ်လီၤဧါ. မ့ၢ်ပတိၢ်န့ၢ်လံကစၢ်ယွၤတၢ်မၤလိာ်လံဧါ. မ့မ့ၢ်တခီပတၢ်အဲၣ်လီၤပသးဒိၣ်စိဒံး လၢပပူၤဧါ. ပမ့ၢ်အဲၣ်ဒိးတၢ်ဆိၣ်ဂ့ၤန့ၣ်, ပကြၢးအိၣ်မူအီၤဒ်လဲၣ်.

LOVING OUR NEIGHBORS
Bible in a Year: 1 Chronicles 26:20-23, 1 Chronicles 27; 1 Corinthians 4; Proverbs 19:13-22
“Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed.”
Proverbs 19:17 ESV
Proverbs consist of Solomon’s wise sayings. As humans born into this world, we notice there are differences in living standards. We also see so many living in poverty. Regarding the scripture we just read, I would like to emphasize the importance of loving our neighbors, especially the poor who need our help. If we are generous with the poor, we are lending to the Lord. To ‘lend’ is to ‘give in advance’ something which will be given back to us later. Acts 20:35 reads, “…It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Proverbs 21:13 tells us, “Whoever closes his ear to the cry of the poor will himself call out and not be answered.” We also read in Proverbs 14:31, “Whoever oppresses a poor man insults his Maker, but he who is generous to the needy honors him.” Finally, we must not forget that Jesus said the poor will always be with us.
Reflection
Jesus told us in words and parables to care for the poor. Do we listen to His word? Or do we close our ears to the cry of the poor? Do we follow Jesus’ command? Or is narcissism ruling inside us? How do we live to be blessed?
Prayer
Dear God, help me to be Your child who loves the poor and the needy and helps them in ways that I can. Help me to follow Your command and live a life that pleases You. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.
