REMEMBER THE GOD WHO REDEEMED YOU

“They remembered that God was their rock, the Most High God, their redeemer.”
Psalm 78:35 NKJV
When I was attending a Bible school from 2013 to 2016, I had no one to help me, except my sister’s family who provided a little help. I was very worried that my needs would not be met. As a student, I needed books and school supplies. Whenever it was almost time to purchase books and supplies, my anxiety was way up high. School uniforms were mandatory. Giving tithes and offerings was another big worry of mine. I was ashamed if I could not give an offering. Although I did not have much help, God gave me the understanding that He could fulfill all my needs. This understanding encouraged me. I did not let myself get too discouraged. God promised that He would be my rock, the Most High God, my redeemer. Therefore, I was able to overcome a myriad of experiences in the years of my schooling. God lifted me high and made me an overcomer. Life can be pleasurable or poor or strong or weak from time to time. No matter what season of life we are in, we must remember our Creator, the Most High, Who redeemed us with His holy blood.
Reflection
As a result of the world trying to overtake us, how have you struggled with your faith?
If God redeemed you with His blood, He can easily fulfill all your needs.
Prayer
Dear Father God, help us to be Your children who remember You as the God Who redeemed us from our sins and delivered us from bondage. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.
