IT IS NOT A COINCIDENCE

God purposes good things for us and meets our needs in His own perfect timing. In March 1999, the Burmese government troops told us to move out of our village. Of course, they did not prepare a safe place to relocate nor did they tell us where to go. We were told to move out in 10 days. After 10 days, whether we finished moving or not, large weapons would be fired into the village. They kept their word. After 10 days, big weapons were fired into our village throwing the villagers into complete disarray. Even family members could not find one another. We found ourselves surrounded by death and destruction. It was a painful experience. We also endured serious illnesses. Subsequently, we moved from place to place and later arrived at the refugee camp. We stayed in the camp for 10 years. While we were in the refugee camp, we received news that refugees were welcomed to a third country. In brief, we came to the U.S.A. We were greeted by Arizona Karen Baptist Church and received help from them. We are thankful we get the opportunity to worship in a Karen church. All things happen not by accident. God’s miraculous preparation and provisions are there for us all along. God did not leave our soul in Hades. He makes known to us the way of life and makes us full of gladness in His presence. How will I give back to the God who has been good to me? I will praise His grace in all situations.
