GOD FOUND ME

When I look back over my life of 20-plus years, I was not someone who had true faith. It was because I did not know Who God really was. I did not have parents who loved God either. I had no clue how to lead a Christian life. I lived as I pleased. I did not know God or the scripture, the word of God. But, there came a day when God found me; I came to understand in Whom I should put my trust because He taught me. In the past, I even bowed down to idols and worshipped people just like me because of unsteady faith and a lack of understanding. Now, I am in God’s presence and I do not desire to live as I did. God found me and brought me back to Him and therefore my God is Jesus Christ. Only Jesus Christ will be my God and I will trust in Him to death. I thank God for changing my life and my family’s lives. Today, my family is also in the presence of God. God found us first, just so we can find Him and receive life.
Reflection
Are we just going to live to please ourselves? The only right way is the way of God.

God, please direct our paths. Our lives are not in our hands. Please transform us so we can be your children who live to please You. In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
