THANK GOD WITH GLADNESS

Once, our family member suffered from an illness and the doctor did not give her permission to be with others or eat together with others. The illness was a communicable disease. He suffered agonizingly with constant exhaustion and burning sensation in his body. He was groaning in pain, to the point where we thought death would be imminent. There was not much I could do. I slowly knelt down and anointed him with oil. I put my hands on his head and surrendered his life entirely into God’s hands. God answered my prayer. When he saw the doctor next time, we received the news that brought us joy. He was going to be okay. In gladness, I thanked God for answering my prayer.

When you face difficult challenges in life, whom do you go to first?
Prayer
Dear God, we thank you for loving us and healing our family member. You deserve our praise and worship. Bless us to live as You will.
In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
