‘‘ဘၣ်ဆၣ်ဒီး ယသန့ၤသးလၢနဘျုးနဖှိၣ်, ယကသူၣ်ဖှံသးညီလၢနတၢ်အုၣ်က့ၤခီၣ်က့ၤ အပူၤလီၤ. ယကသးဝံၣ်ထီၣ်ယွၤလီၤ. အဂ့ၢ်ဒ်အံၤ, မၤဂ့ၤလံယၤလံ.’’

ဖဲယသးစၢ်အခါ ဒီးဆီဟံၣ်ဆီဃီဝံၤအလီၢ်ခံသၢနံၣ်န့ၣ်, ယမါတဂၤဒိးန့ၢ်ဘၣ်တၢ်ဆါလၢအမ့ၢ်ခဲစၢၣ်, ဒီးယဂုာ်ကျဲးစၢးဃုကသံၣ်သရၣ် လၢကကူစါယါဘျါယမါအတၢ်ဆါလီၤ. ယဃ့ဘါထုကဖၣ်လၢမဲာ်ထံမဲာ်နိအပူၤ ဘၣ်ဆၣ်, ကစၢ်ယွၤတဒိကနၣ်ယတၢ်ထုကဖၣ်ဘၣ်. ဃိးလါပူၤကွံာ်ဒီး, မါတဂၤအံၤလဲၤပူၤကွံာ်ယၤ, ပာ်တ့ၢ်ယၤ ဒီးဖိခံဂၤလၢတၢ်သယုၢ်သညိအပူၤလီၤ. ယဘါထုကဖၣ်ဒ်သိးယကထံၣ်ဘၣ်ပှၤသံတဖၣ်အိၣ်ဖဲလဲၣ်, တုၤဒၣ်လဲာ်လၢ တၢ်မံမီၢ်ပူၤ, ယမံမီၢ်လၢယပိာ်ကျဲတဘိဒီး ယကွၢ်လီၤက့ၤယလီၢ်ခံန့ၣ်, ယထံၣ်ပှၤဟဲက့ၤပိာ်ယခံအါဂၤ ဘၣ်ဆၣ် ယလဲၤဆူညါလီၤ. ဒီးယထံၣ်ထံကျိတဘိလီၤ. ယကွၢ်လီၤလၢထံကျိပူၤဒီး ယထံၣ်, ပှၤဝၢ်ချံတဂၤဆှၢပှၤကညီ လၢကက့ၤတဖၣ်ဆူထံကျိဝၢ်ဘးခီဝံၤ, ဒီး ဟဲက့ၤကဒါက့ၤဖဲယအိၣ်ဖဲထံကၢၢ်နံၤလီၤ. ဒီးယထီၣ်လၢချံပူၤ ဒီးအဝဲသံ ကွၢ်ယၤ, ‘‘ဖိဒိၣ်ခွါဧၢ, နကလဲၤဖဲလဲၣ်.’’ ဒီးယစံးဆၢအီၤလၢ ယကလဲၤဆူထံဝၢ်ဘးခီလီၤ. ဒီးအဝဲစံးဆၢယၤလၢ ‘‘နလဲၤတသ့ဒံးဘၣ်.’’ ဖဲန့ၣ်ယထံၣ်ပှၤလၢယလီၢ်ခံတဖၣ်ဒိးထီၣ်ချံဒီး ယလဲၤဃုာ်ဒီးအဝဲသ့ၣ်လီၤ. ပခီဃီၤဆူထံကျိ ၀ၢ်ဘးခီ ဒီးယထံၣ်ဟံၣ်တဖၣ်အါအါဂီၢ်ဂီၢ်, ဒီးလၢအကျါတဖျၢၣ်န့ၣ် ကွဲးလီၤသးအမံၤလၢ ‘‘နီၢ်ဒါခုၣ်အိၣ်ဘှံးလၢ ခရံာ်အပူၤဖဲ ၁၉၉၂ နံၣ်’’ လီၤ. ထဲန့ၣ်တဘျီဃီန့ၣ်ယသ့ၣ်နီၣ်ထီၣ်လၢအမ့ၢ်ယမါအမံၤအဃိ ယလဲၤထီၣ်ဆူ ဟံၣ်တဖျၢၣ်န့ၣ်အပူၤဒီး ယထံၣ်ဘၣ်ပှၤမုပှၢ်အိၣ်လၢဟံၣ်ပူၤခံဂၤလီၤ. ယသံကွၢ်အဝဲသ့ၣ်လၢ ‘‘ဟံၣ်တဖျၢၣ် အံၤကွဲးလီၤအသးလၢနီၢ်ဒါခုၣ်အမံၤဒီးယတထံၣ်နီၢ်ဒါခုၣ်ဘၣ်. အိၣ်လၢသုခံဂၤန့ၣ်မ့ၢ်ဒ်လဲၣ်.’’ အဝဲသ့ၣ်စံးဆၢယၤ, ‘‘နီၢ်ဒါခုၣ်ဟဲက့ၤအိၣ်သီသီ အိၣ်ဝဲတမုာ်ဘၣ်အဃိ ပဟဲအိၣ်စၢၤအီၤန့ၣ်လီၤ.’’ ထဲန့ၢ်တဘျီဃီ ယသံကွၢ်အဝဲသ့ၣ် လၢ နီၢ်ဒါခုၣ်လဲၤဖဲလဲၣ်, ဒီး အဝဲသ့ၣ်စံးဆၢယၤလၢ လဲၤလီၤလုၢ်ထံလီၤ. ဖဲန့ၣ် ယကွၢ်ဃီၤဆူဟံၣ်လီၢ်ခံ, ဒီး ယထံၣ်လၢနီၢ်ဒါခုၣ်လၢအမ့ၢ်ယမါ, လုၢ်ထံဝံၤဟဲက့ၤထီၣ်ဆူဟံၣ်န့ၣ်လီၤ. အဝဲတဲယၤ, ‘‘နဟဲမၤမနုၤလဲၣ်. နဟဲအဆၢကတီၢ်တဘၣ်ဒံးဘၣ်.’’ တဘျီဃီယဖုးဘၣ်ယသးဒီးယပၢၢ်ထီၣ်န့ၣ်လီၤ. ယသးခုစံးဘျုးယွၤလၢ အဟ့ၣ်ယၤ တၢ်မံမီၢ်ဒီးအဒုးထံၣ်ဘၣ်ယၤလၢယမါလီၤ. ယအိၣ်သယုၢ်သညိဒိၣ်မးလၢတၢ်ဆၢကတီၢ်ဖဲန့ၣ် ဒီး တၢ်ခွဲးတၢ်ယာ် လၢယထံၣ်ဘၣ်ယမါလၢတၢ်မံမီၢ်ဖိအပူၤ, ဟ့ၣ်ယၤတၢ်ဆိၣ်ဂ့ၤဒီးတၢ်မုၢ်လၢ်လီၤ. ယစးထီၣ်ပလၢၢ် ဘၣ်လၢ ယလဲၤခီဖျိခါဆူညါသ့ယဲန့ၣ်လီၤ. တုၤလၢဆၢကတီၢ်ခဲအံၤ ယလဲၤခီဖျိဘၣ်သးသမူတဆီဘၣ်တဆီ မ့ၢ်လၢ ယွၤအတၢ်မၤဂ့ၤလံယၤလၢတၢ်မုာ်မ့ၢ်ဂ့ၤ, တၢ်ဖှီၣ်မ့ၢ်ဂ့ၤ, အဃိလီၤ.

HE HAS BEEN GOOD TO ME

When I was younger after being married for three years, my wife was diagnosed with cancer. I searched high and low for doctors for my wife’s treatment. I prayed with sweat and tears for her healing. But, God did not answer my prayer. Within eight months, my wife died, leaving me with my two children in despair.
I asked God to show me where the dead went and I even dreamed about it. In my dream, I followed a road and when I looked behind, I saw many walking after me as well. I continued on this path and saw a river. Looking into the river, I saw a ferry boat driver heading back to this side after transporting people to the other side of the river. Once he reached the river bank, I stepped into his boat. He asked me, “Nephew, where are you going?” I answered, “I want to go to the other side.” He told me, “You can’t go there yet.” However, I saw people behind me get on the boat, so I got on it anyway. When I got to the other side of the river, I saw many houses. One of the houses had a name on the front, “Naw Dah Khu – Rest in Jesus in 1991.” That was my wife’s name so I entered the house. I saw two elderly ladies. I asked, “Why are you two here in Naw Dah Ku’s house? Where is she?” They answered, “Naw Dah Khu just arrived here recently and she was not feeling well, so we are staying with her.” I kept asking, “Where is Naw Dah Khu?” They told me she went to take a bath. At that time, I looked and saw my wife stepping into the house from the back door. She asked me, “What are you doing here? It’s not time for you to be here yet.” Then, I woke up from my dream. I am grateful to God for giving me this dream to see my wife. I felt so extremely lonely and devastated that even the opportunity to see my wife in a dream blessed me and gave me hope. I felt I could move forward. Until now, I am able to move forward step by step because God has been good to me in good and bad times.
