THE TRUTH AND RIGHTEOUSNESS CANNOT BE HIDDEN

Once, I rear-ended someone’s vehicle. The insurance company immediately dropped me from the insurance plan. The officers found me at fault and I followed all instructions to make things right. Almost a year went by and I got a letter from the court; I was summoned to appear before the judge for the car accident. I was astonished. I thought I did everything I was supposed to and the case was closed.
A friend then helped me find a lawyer. When we met with the lawyer, he said to me, “Since I will have to represent you, you need to tell me the truth about what happened.” I told him everything that happened truthfully. The lawyer then replied, “I will represent you as you told me the truth. I will not charge you any fees.” He went to the court on my behalf and I did not have to stand before the judge. After six months, I received an unusual envelope and realized it was from the court. My anxiety shot up. But when I read it, I found that my case was closed.
One day, all truths will be revealed and all lies will be exposed. Just as Isaac’s lies were found out, the ill intention to harm me was exposed before the judge. Because I handled things truthfully, as I was supposed to do, I was found not to be at fault. I thanked God for vindicating me.
Reflection
Are you hiding something? It will be revealed one day. Walk in the truth.

Father God, please take care of me and help me through your Holy Spirit so I will lead my life in truth and speak the truth for your glory. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.
