JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONE

God delivered me from eternal death; He is the one I depend on. We read in Isaiah 26:4, “Trust in Yahweh forever; for in Yah, Yahweh, is an everlasting Rock.”
Once there was someone who was just a day laborer. She grew up in a Christian family with loving parents. When she was 27, God introduced her to her life partner on August 20, 2005. She got married properly as a Christian. She was waiting for the fruit of her womb from God. However, her womb just would not bear fruit. So, in hopes of what happened to Hannah in 1 Samuel 1:20, she prayed to God for a child. She even made a promise to God she would serve Him with the talent she had. On May 15, 2008, she was blessed with a daughter. Once she had a child, she forgot the promise she made to God. God reminded her of her promise on December 4, 2009, when she was blessed with a second daughter. It was a very hard time for her when the doctor told her there was not much hope for the baby. In that moment, Psalm 23:1-6 popped up in her head along with the Lord’s Prayer. She then reaffirmed her promise to God. Just as Joshua said he and his family would serve the Lord, she and her family now serve God according to their gifts and God is blessing them. Her second daughter not only survived, but is attending a Bible camp where she is reflecting on her past and writing this testimony. My daughter is now 10 years old. God is so good to us. I did not have to pay a penny for the expense of my daughter’s hospitalization after birth for longer than one month. God prepared everything for us. Therefore, if we depend on God, if we have fellowship with Him, if we discuss our plans with God first, God will protect us from shame. Moreover, God will prepare a table before us even in the shadow of the mountain of death. There is no denying it. God is my life and my strength. I will depend on Him.
