Values
But Ruth replied, “Don’t urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God. Where you die I will die, and there I will be buried.”

Values are beliefs that define what is important to us, what we will do, and what we won’t do. Reading the Book of Ruth, one can gather that her top five values are love, loyalty, commitment, responsibility and humility. What about you? What are your heart’s deepest desires for how you want to conduct your life? Try picking your top five values from the following list.

God, You value me so much that You bought me with Your blood. Please help me to value You in the highest and live by the values You want me to uphold. I pray in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
